A Love Letter to my Husband

Dear Husband,

You are my rock. You keep me together when I am losing my mind. Sometimes, you are also the reason I am losing it and still, somehow,  manage to keep me from completely falling apart. Its funny how that works in love.

You work so hard that I get annoyed sometimes, but you do it for us, for our family and for our future, I love you for it. I love you for the way you look at me, and the way you can make me laugh even when I am mad or upset over anything really. I love you for the crinkle by your eyes when you are truly smiling and I love you for the way you bring out the best in me and others around you. I love you for your patience and for your determination. I love you for being you, and there is no one in this world for me besides you, not even Brad Pitt Or Megan Fox.

Your love is absolutely limitless and every day I wake next to you, I am happy. My pains, you try to ease, You deal with the crazy I throw at you at every turn with ease and you keep me balanced. Even though your ridiculous "dad jokes" that have me rolling my eyes the majority of the time, have me laughing too (sometimes just on the inside but I am laughing I swear.) You keep me smiling and warm my heart with your confessions of love every day, and I know it knows no bounds. No woman has been as lucky as myself, to share their life with someone who loves them so wholly and completely. Through 11 (and some plus ) years, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 moves, we have remained strong, and ever in love. (looks like 2 is our lucky number after all huh.)

There aren't many couples, these days it seems, that can figure out the right balance of personal space and time together to make things just work. The amount of trust and respect we have for each other and our relationship makes us work and I would have it no other way. You my dear, are simply amazing. I am sure I don't tell you enough.

You are my knight, my love, a big piece of my heart. I am so glad that fate intertwined our paths and I can not wait to see all the adventures we will have together in the future. More ziplining maybe (who am I kidding? Definitely,) Obviously more dinner dates because we both know how important food is to us, I mean, its right up there with sleep in my book and of course comicons, videogames and late night chats where I talk you to sleep and expect you to remember. I love you.

Thank you for being the amazing father you are, a wonderful husband with an endless amount of love, and for being everything myself, and the children always need.

I love you from now until eternity.
Your Wife
